For UK orders we have a delivery charge of £2.50 for orders under £50. Orders over £50 are eligible for free delivery.
We aim to get all orders shipped out within 1-3 days and all UK orders will be posted by Royal Mail 1st Class unless it is a very large order in which case we may deliver by courier.
European & International delivery are sent via Royal Mail International Standard (which offers no tracking) and will be calculated based upon order weight:

Please be aware that you may be liable to pay local customs charges depending on your country.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and wish to return your goods please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Unless faulty, goods will need to be in the same condition you received them, in the original packaging, to obtain a full refund.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange unless the item is faulty. This will be extended a further 7 days if purchasing from abroad.
Once we receive your request for a refund we will give you instructions for returning your items. Please be aware that unless the items are faulty we do not refund postage costs.
In the case of faulty or damaged items you are of course entitled to a full refund including postage. Please contact us with your order details (including photographs if there has been damage during delivery). We will then give you instructions for returning the item and obtaining your refund.
For all returns you will be responsible for getting the items back to us safely.
Once the returned item is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your items and further details of your refund.
Please contact us if you have not received your item within 14 days of the shipment date and we will issue you a replacement or a refund. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost due to incorrect delivery address information. Please double check your delivery address within your order confirmation email and let us know as soon as possible if there is a problem to avoid loss of items.
